Bergy.Inc provides e-mail access to clients with the recommendation that the e-mail will be used for business purposes.  Business Purposes are defined as - (information needs to be put in here).  Bergy.Inc reserves the right to monitor the e-mail provided.

E-Mail should not be used to communicate highly sensitive, offensive, defamatory, or derogatory messages that are inconsistent with Bergy.Inc's e-mail policy.  Sending e-mail is like a post card being transferred from one server to the next.

Each customer is responsible for downloaded material from the e-mail service provided.  Any downloaded viruses from the e-mail system provided Bergy.Inc will not be held accountable for. 

At any time Bergy.Inc reserves the right to suspend or delete e-mail accounts if abuse of the system is occurring.
