system which will be available in June. Partnering with osTicket, Bergy.Inc
provides a better customer experience by identifying, assigning and
completing requests. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
Our ticket system provides a friendly interface including the form fields
(Full Name, Email Address, Telephone, Help Topic, Subject, Message and
Attachment). Once submitted, the requestor and Bergy.Inc Web Site Design are
notified immediately. A random ticket number is generated and supplied to
the user. Bergy.Inc assigns the request to the appropriate department
according to the selected help topic. The completed ticket and results are
emailed to the client. In most cases, an assigned ticket can be closed
within a 24 hour period. At any time during the process, customers can check
the status of the request by entering in the ticket number and email address
used to initialize the ticket.
