Viewing Saved Form Results

Bergy.Inc saves the results of all forms posted on client web sites.  See Figure 1.

Each web site has a hidden page (for security reasons) where the results are saved to.  If the user is interested in seeing the results page please Contact Us and a direct URL will be sent to you via e-mail.
