WebMail - (Example Login Walk-Through)

Step 1
Bergy.Inc offers web e-mail to all clients who purchase a hosting package.  WebMail allows users to access their e-mail accounts anywhere in the world with just an internet connection.  To view your e-mail through the internet type in http://mail.yourdomainname.com in a desired web browser.  See Figure 1.

Step 2
The web browser will pull up a new window allowing the user to choose between three different types of WebMail clients.  They all provide the same functionality, just look different.  At anytime the user can switch the preset WebMail password on this page.  Select a WebMail client by clicking on one of the blue highlighted links (as shown).  See Figure 2.

Step 3
WebMail will then take to to the desired login client.  Each user will be prompted for a WebMail Username and Password.  Type in your full e-mail address and password.  See Figure 3.

Step 4
Press the login button .  If the Username and Password are typed in correctly, WebMail will update the screen and display the current "Inbox" of your e-mail.  If the Username and Password provided does not work please Contact Us, so it can be reset.  See Figure 4.

Step 5
Click on the Mail icon   to display your current e-mail messages.  When finished make sure to click the icon.
